Mental Maps of the Mind (MindScaping)

Hello, dear friends!

Today, I want to share with you an amazing hypnotic technique that I often use in my work with clients. This technique is called MindScaping.

The name reflects its essence: we work with internal maps and images that a person creates based on their perception of a life situation. The subconscious helps us create a plan, but unfortunately, not all plans work perfectly. Sometimes, we ask ourselves questions like, “Why did I act that way?” or “Why did I say what I said?” These moments show that the subconscious sometimes acts automatically, without our conscious control. However, this does not mean we cannot change something.

As long as we are alive, we have the opportunity to rethink our actions, become kinder, smarter, more successful, and happier. The Role of MindScaping in Solving Problems
