Dear compatriots!

We invite you to take part in the conference “Ukrainians in Slovenia: realities, problems and prospects”.

The main goal of the project: monitoring the problems of Ukrainians who suffered from military aggression,
for the organization of comprehensive psychological-medical-pedagogical assistance and social support.

Duration: May – December 2024.

Venue: territorial municipalities of Slovenia.

It is planned to hold a series of meetings of the initiative group of experts with Ukrainians who received temporary or international protection in Slovenia in connection with the war in Ukraine.

The multidisciplinary initiative group of experts includes: lawyers, doctors, psychologists, teachers, social workers, rehabilitators, entrepreneurs, as well as the Ukrainian choir in Slovenia “Tree of Will”, musicians.

During the meetings, you will receive answers to the following questions:

Where and how Ukrainians can get professional advice and help;
What forms of medical and psychological assistance are available to Ukrainians in Slovenia;
How to cope with stress: a program for adults and children (separately);
Slovenian language of various levels of training;
Professional orientation, retraining and employment opportunities for Ukrainians in Slovenia;
How to organize your free time.
