On August 18, AKZ member, psychologist, artist Svitlana Shevchenko worked with participants of the daily socialization program from Vdc Cerknica. They painted pictures on the theme of “marine motifs”.

On the page of Mgc Gaber Loškd Dolina it is written: “While being carried away by painting, at the same time the thoughts of the participants floated to the sea and beautiful and unique paintings were created. Painting was a soft, unique therapy.

Svitlana described her experience on her Facebook profile as follows:

“Today was a special day – I conducted art therapy for people with special needs. 🎨💙
Together we created a summer fairy tale: we drew the sea, the sky, a sailboat and flowers. 🌊⛵️🌸 But the most important thing was not the drawings, but the moments we spent together.
It is a great joy for me to see these sincere emotions and know that I was able to give them at least a few small moments of joy, freedom and happiness. ❤️
